Meet Greg Nejmeh
President, Accelerate Sports Ventures

Greg Nejmeh is a football executive with over 16 years of NFL front office experience, most recently serving as Co-Director of Player Personnel with the New York Jets.
In that role, he oversaw pro personnel operations, contributed to college scouting and draft strategy, and played a central role in roster construction, free agency planning, and player evaluation across multiple coaching staffs and front office regimes.
Nejmeh has led free agency meetings, built evaluation systems, managed in-season roster decisions, and worked closely with coaching, football administration, and executive leadership to align personnel strategy with team objectives.
He is also recognized for developing internal scouting systems and processes that enhanced organizational efficiency and decision-making.
Now serving as President at Accelerate Sports Ventures, Nejmeh leads the firm’s football advisory vertical, applying NFL-level evaluation principles to the college game to support roster construction, transfer portal strategy, and player valuation.
His approach is rooted in objective, film-based analysis and structured decision-making, designed to support — not replace — existing staff while helping programs operate with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.

Built on nearly two decades of NFL front office experience, his approach delivers clear, actionable insight that helps staffs make faster, more confident decisions by adding clarity and efficiency to their process without increasing internal workload. This work is supported by the data, infrastructure, and resources of Accelerate Sports Ventures.
All evaluations and discussions are conducted independently and communicated confidentially to program leadership. All work is customized to fit each program’s structure and decision-making process.
